LDY type metallurgical single girder crane is used in conjunction with CD1 and MD1 type electric hoists, becoming a type of light and small crane that runs on tracks. This product is a general-purpose crane, commonly used in mechanical manufacturing, assembly workshops, and warehouses. If equipped with a motorized grab as a lifting tool, it can load and transport bulk materials.
This product is suitable for lifting weights of 1, 2, 3, 5, and 10 tons, with a span of 7.5 to 22.5 meters. The crane can be operated from the ground (available in wired and wireless options) or from an operator's cabin, allowing users to choose. Note: (The local factory supplies at 10% below market price, offers free on-site surveys, and provides quick custom production and installation. If any quality issues arise after product use, including human factors, an emergency repair plan will be initiated within 30-60 minutes.)
This series of products is manufactured according to industry standards for electric single girder cranes. The overall structure is novel, with good craftsmanship, flexible and smooth operation, and reliable safety.
Product Features:
1. The LDY metallurgical single girder crane is mainly used for lifting molten metals in metallurgical and casting environments, with the lifting mechanism being the YHⅡ type metallurgical electric hoist, with a lifting capacity of less than or equal to 10 tons. (For over 10 tons, please choose the QDY double girder metallurgical crane.)
2. The bottom of the crane's main beam is treated with special thermal insulation; the working environment temperature is -10℃ to 60℃, and at 40℃, the relative humidity should not exceed 50%.
3. The design and manufacture of the crane meet the requirements of the quality inspection office special letter [2007] No. 375.
4. Other non-metallic materials that are molten and hot solid metals can also be selected for lifting.
Operating Methods
(1) Ground Control: The operator controls the crane's lifting operations from the ground using a handheld button. The crane's running speed is ≤30m/min.
(2) Remote Control: The operator uses a remote control to manage the crane's lifting operations.
