The LD type electric single girder bridge crane adopts a three-beam structure. The main beam and end beams are connected by high-strength bolts. Buffer blocks are set on both sides of the main beam to prevent the operating mechanism from reaching the limit position.

Lifting Mechanism

The lifting mechanism uses an electric hoist, designed and manufactured by a professional manufacturer. The structural features are detailed in the electric hoist manual.

Trolley

The trolley operating mechanism of the LD type electric single girder bridge crane uses four-wheel drive. The driving motor consists of two conical brake motors. The number of driving wheels is half of the total number of wheels.

The operation of each mechanism of the LD type electric single girder bridge crane is controlled by a ground control button box. The ground control button box works with electronic control equipment to start, change direction, and brake.

The electronic control system ensures that the ground control button box, operated by the trolley's control mechanism, can start and brake the motor smoothly, whether changing direction or lifting. When the ground control button box switches from running to lifting (lifting to turning), it should first stop running. This improves the crane's operating performance and indicators, shortens the starting time of electrical equipment, and enhances the electrical lifespan and reliability of the electric single girder bridge crane.
