The LX type electric single beam suspended crane is used in conjunction with CD1 and MD1 type electric hoists, becoming a light and small crane that runs on tracks. The general lifting capacity is between 0.5 tons and 5 tons, with a span of 3 to 16 meters, and a running speed of 20m/min and 30m/min. If there are special requirements, it can be designed and manufactured separately. Note: (The local factory supplies at 10% below market price, free on-site surveys, and quick custom production and installation. If any quality issues arise after product use, including human factors, an emergency repair plan will be initiated within 30-60 minutes).
The LX type electric single beam crane is designed and manufactured according to the standard JB/T2603. The electric hoist runs along the lower flange of the I-beam track, suitable for lifting, unloading, and transporting heavy objects in fixed span distances in factories, power plants, warehouses, and workshops. The working level is A3, and the working environment temperature is -25℃ to +40℃. If the working environment temperature exceeds this range or has special requirements, it can be customized through negotiation between the supply and demand parties.
The LX type electric single beam suspended crane is operated from the ground, with a working level of A3 to A5. The working environment temperature is -25 degrees to 45 degrees, with a relative humidity of ≦85%. It is suitable for working in environments without flammable, explosive, and corrosive media, and caution should be taken when using it for molten metals and highly toxic substances. The working power supply is AC 380V 50HZ, and it can also be customized according to customer requirements.
The LX type electric single beam suspended crane is widely used in machinery, assembly workshops, industrial and mining enterprises, warehouses, and material yards due to its advantages of compact structure, good rigidity, sensitive operation, low noise, no pollution, and safety and reliability.
