The single girder bridge crane is used in conjunction with the CD1 type single speed electric hoist and the MD1 type double speed electric hoist. It is a lightweight and small lifting machine. It belongs to the intermediate working system, with a lifting capacity of 1t-20t. Note: (The local factory supplies at 10% below market price, free on-site surveys, and quick custom production and installation. If any quality issues arise after product use, including human factors, an emergency repair plan will be initiated within 30-60 minutes).
The standard span is 7.5-31.5m. The working level is single girder A3-A5, and the working environment temperature is -25℃ to 40℃, and it can also be customized according to customer requirements. The single girder bridge crane is widely used in workshops, factories, warehouses, material yards, mining enterprises, steel and chemical industries, railway transportation, ports, and docks for lifting goods. It is prohibited to use in environments with flammable, explosive, or corrosive media.
The single girder bridge crane consists of a main beam, two end beams, a trolley running mechanism, a wire rope electric hoist, and an electrical control system; the bridge frame main unit is composed of a main beam and two end beams, and the trolley running mechanism is connected by high-strength bolts.
The trolley running mechanism consists of two motors, two reducers, and four trolley wheels (two driving and two driven) installed on both sides of the end beams; the wire rope electric hoist consists of a trolley running mechanism, a lifting mechanism, and an electrical system; the trolley running mechanism is composed of a motor, reducer, trolley wheels, and electrical components, installed under the main beam of the bridge crane for left and right movement, with a normal speed of 20m/min; the lifting mechanism consists of a motor, reducer, drum and casing, wire rope, hook, and electrical components, installed under the running trolley for ascending and descending operations, available in single speed and double speed forms.
