(1) Bridge

The bridge frame is composed of main beam, end beam, walking platform, conductive frame, maintenance cage, driver's cab, railing and ladder.

This series uses a four-beam structure, and the main beam and end beams are connected by bolts. The feeder of the trolley adopts a flexible cable power supply system. This series has designed two types of driver's cabs, open and closed. The walking platform on the non-conductive side is widened at both ends for maintenance and placement of electrical equipment. There is a standard section in the middle and a section of 3 meters. The number varies with the span. It is easy to manufacture and install. The other side of the bridge frame is provided with a conductive frame for the trolley, which is installed on the walking platform for hoisting the flexible cable power supply system. In order to facilitate the maintenance of the conductive system of the cart, a maintenance cage is provided on the power supply side of the bridge frame. The cab is equipped with two types of closed and open. The shell structure is formed by stamping, and the whole is connected by bolts to reduce welding deformation. The field of view of the cab is greater than 280 degrees. It uses aluminum alloy window frames and all glass uses tempered glass (or Laminated glass).

The lifting mechanism on this series of trolleys adopts the CD (MD) electric hoist with good performance produced by our company.

The trolley frame is composed of beams and longitudinal beams. The longitudinal beams and cross beams are welded by channel steel and steel plates, and the beams are connected by welding.

The operating mechanism of the cart is driven separately, and the number of driving wheels is 1/2 of the total number of wheels.
