  • LH type electric hoist bridge crane is designed and manufactured according to the standard JB/T3695-1994, used in conjunction with fixed electric hoists such as CD1, MD1, etc. It is a double main beam structure bridge crane that runs on tracks laid on the main beam, suitable for lifting weights of 1-32t, with a span of 7.5-31.5 meters, and a working environment temperature range of -25 to +40℃. This product is a general-purpose crane, mainly used in mechanical manufacturing, assembly, warehouses, and other places with low usage frequency or few lifting times at rated lifting capacity. Advantages: good stability during use, fully utilizes the workshop's net height to achieve a higher effective lifting height, and moderate price; Disadvantages: low working level, not suitable for heavy workshops. This crane has three operating forms: ground, control room, and remote control. The control room has two forms of end and side opening doors for user selection.     Product Features:

    This series of products consists of four main parts: bridge frame, trolley, main hoist, and electrical system. It uses a fixed steel wire rope electric hoist as the lifting mechanism. The crane assembly test should comply with the provisions of "GB/T3695-1994". When installing the crane, it must be done according to the specifications in the attached drawings.

    When dismantling, transporting, and installing the crane, the connection of the end beams must be disassembled and assembled according to the drawings.

    The lifting capacity of this series of products is divided into two types: control room operation and ground operation. For control room operation, there are six tonnages: 5t, 10t, 16t, 20t, and 32t, among which 16t, 20t, and 32t are equipped with corresponding auxiliary hooks of 3.2t, 5t, and 10t.

    That is: 16/3.2t, 20/5t, 32/10t; for ground operation, there are only three tonnages: 5t, 10t, and 16t, with a span of 10.5 to 25.5m.

    The lifting capacity of this series of products, when operated from the control room, is 5, 8, 12.5, 16, 20, and 32 tons, with 16, 20, and 32 tons corresponding to auxiliary hooks of 3.2, 5, and 8 tons. For ground operation, there are only 5, 8, and 12.5 tons. The span is 10.5 to 22.5m.

    (1) Bridge Frame

    The bridge frame consists of main beams, end beams, walkways, conductive frames, maintenance cages, control rooms, railings, and ladders.

    This series uses a four-beam structure, with the main beam and end beam connected by bolts. The trolley is powered by a flexible cable power supply system. This series has designed both open and closed types of control rooms. The non-conductive side of the walkway is widened at both ends for maintenance and placement of electrical equipment, with the middle being a standard section, 3 meters per section, with the number varying according to the span, making it convenient for production and installation. The other side of the bridge frame has a trolley conductive frame, which is installed on the walkway to suspend the flexible cable power supply system. To facilitate the maintenance of the main hoist's conductive system, a maintenance cage is provided on the power supply side of the bridge frame. The control room has both closed and open types, with the shell structure formed by stamping, and the whole is connected by bolts to reduce welding deformation. The control room has a field of view greater than 280 degrees, using aluminum alloy window frames, and all glass is tempered glass (or laminated glass).

    The lifting mechanism on the trolley of this series uses the well-performing CD(MD) electric hoist produced by our company.

    The trolley frame consists of horizontal and vertical beams. The vertical and horizontal beams are made of channel steel and steel plates welded together, with welding connections between each beam.

    (3) Main Hoist

    The main hoist operating mechanism uses separate drives, with the number of driving wheels being half of the total number of wheels.
