The folding arm cantilever crane is a customized product based on the fixed column cantilever crane, featuring a rotating folding arm function. The cantilever is made of H steel with a lower support structure and a 300-degree rotation design. It is particularly suitable for loading on machine tools and processing centers, with a foldable cantilever that can reach any corner of the machine tool. Note: (The local factory supplies at 20% below market price, free on-site survey, quick custom production and installation, and the product operates at full load for 3 years without any quality issues. If any quality issues arise during the later use of the product, including human factors, an emergency repair plan can be initiated within 30-60 minutes.)
The folding arm cantilever crane, also known as a folding arm hoist or curved arm hoist, features a novel structure, flexible extension and retraction, convenient operation, and energy-saving characteristics. During operation, pressing the button lifts the load, utilizing the bending and rotating motion of the beam to avoid objects within the controlled work area, thereby enlarging the working area. A gentle push or pull can reach any position in the working area.
The folding arm hoist is suitable for production or maintenance scenarios in industries such as machinery manufacturing, railways, chemicals, and light industry. It is especially effective in production lines with dense equipment, short-distance lifting, and frequent operations, significantly improving production efficiency.
The vertical column is made of high-quality seamless steel pipes. The structure is lightweight and easy to install, ensuring a relatively large effective lifting height while occupying a small footprint, making it suitable for lighter weights and confined spaces. It can also be directly fixed next to machines, making it an ideal workstation crane.
