Working principle of wall-mounted cantilever crane:
The working intensity of the cantilever crane is light. The crane consists of a triangular support, a rotating arm drive device, and an electric hoist. The lower end of the vertical column is fixed to the concrete foundation with anchor bolts, and the cantilever rotation is driven by a cycloidal pinwheel reducer. The electric hoist runs left and right in a straight line on the cantilever I-beam and lifts heavy objects.
Structure composition of wall-mounted cantilever crane:
The wall-mounted cantilever crane mainly consists of a cantilever, a rotating device, and a chain electric hoist.
The chain electric hoist has the functions of lifting and reciprocating on the beam;
The cantilever beam can be driven by the reducer on the rotating device to perform rotational motion with rollers;
The electrical control box is installed on the chain hoist.
The operation of the wall-mounted cantilever crane is achieved through a handheld button. The handheld button has eight buttons, which control fast lifting, fast lowering, slow lifting, slow lowering, left and right rotation, and the horizontal forward and backward movement of the hoist trolley.
Our factory's wall-mounted cantilever crane has main specifications of 125kg, 250kg, 500kg, 1000kg, 2000kg, 3000kg, and 5000kg. If other standards are needed, they can be quickly customized for production.
