The cantilever crane is an industrial component, classified as a light-duty crane. It consists of a column, a rotating arm drive device, and an electric hoist, featuring a lightweight design, large span, high lifting capacity, and economic durability. The working strength of the cantilever crane is light-duty, with the column's lower end fixed to a concrete foundation by anchor bolts. The cantilever rotation is driven by a cycloidal pinwheel reduction device, and the electric hoist runs left and right on the cantilever I-beam to lift heavy objects.
The crane's rotating arm is a hollow steel structure, lightweight, with a large span and high lifting capacity, making it economical and durable. It has a built-in walking mechanism that uses special engineering plastic wheels with rolling bearings, resulting in low friction and smooth movement; the compact structure is particularly beneficial for increasing the hook travel.
The cantilever crane is a new generation of lightweight lifting equipment designed to meet modern production needs, equipped with a highly reliable chain electric hoist, especially suitable for short-distance, frequent, and intensive lifting operations.
