The height difference of the legs of the semi-gantry crane can be determined according to the civil engineering requirements of the usage site. When the ordinary electric single beam crane or electric hoist gantry crane is not ideal for the production environment, this crane can be a good solution. One end of the end beam runs on the crane beam while the other end runs on the ground, saving investment and space compared to the electric single beam crane, and saving production space compared to the electric hoist gantry crane. In the long run, it also indirectly saves space costs, which is why it is often used in modern production.
Semi-gantry crane
Structural form: Composed of lifting mechanism and trolley, single main beam and legs, electrical control box, operating system, safety protection system, etc.
Drive device: Squirrel cage motor (60% ED) + hard tooth surface reducer (HRC60) + disc brake, maintenance-free.
Operating mode: Wired ground control (IP65, lifespan 500,000 times), wireless remote control, and driving operation.
Protection level IP54, F-class insulation, high-strength galvanized steel wire rope rain cover, wind lock, sweep rail device, sound and light alarm, etc.
