MDG type - single girder gantry crane, MDG type - general gantry crane/single girder gantry crane, the trolley runs on a single girder, using horizontal or vertical anti-rolling wheels and safety hooks to ensure safe and reliable operation. This crane is particularly suitable for lifting long materials for directional operations. It is mainly used in mechanical manufacturing workshops, warehouses, material yards, hydropower station maintenance, assembly, and other places.
1. This series of cranes has 5 standard lifting capacities: 5 tons, 10 tons, 16/3.2 tons, 20/5 tons, and 32/5 tons; and 5 standard spans: 18 meters, 22 meters, 26 meters, 30 meters, and 35 meters.
2. This series of cranes has two basic power supply methods: sliding line power supply and cable power supply.
3. When the lifting capacity is 32/5 tons, the main trolley operates using a cart structure (with a total of 8 large wheels).
4. When the lifting capacity is less than or equal to 20/5 tons, the trolley adopts a vertical anti-rolling wheel form; when the lifting capacity is 32/5 tons, the trolley adopts a horizontal anti-rolling wheel.
5. When the lifting capacity is 32/5 tons, the electrical control equipment is centrally installed in an electrical room. The electrical room is positioned opposite the driver's cabin, centered on the supporting legs.
