According to the classification of cranes, they are divided into bridge grab cranes, gantry grab cranes, and folding arm grab cranes. They can also be divided into single girder grab cranes and double girder grab cranes. This type of crane unloads bulk cargo such as coal, ore, and phosphates from the hold into a funnel, and then unloads it onto a stockyard or loading platform via a conveyor belt.
1. Bridge Grab Crane
The bridge grab crane is used for bulk and granular materials.
Conventional configuration of the bridge grab crane:
It uses a driver's cabin control, available in separate and closed types. Each mechanism uses a winding type hoisting motor with resistance speed regulation.
Working level of the bridge grab crane: A6, A7, working environment 20℃~+40℃. This model is not recommended for work environments with explosion-proof or insulation requirements.
Other configurations available for users to choose for the bridge grab crane:
1. The opening and closing direction of the grab can be parallel or vertical to the main beam;
2. The lifting weight includes the weight of the grab;
3. When the trolley has a rain cover, the maximum height is H+h;
4. For outdoor cranes, the total weight and large wheel pressure should be increased by 5% accordingly.
5. The large trolley can choose between two forms of conductive angle steel and safety sliding contact line.
