Introduction to QZ Type Grab Bridge Crane:
The QZ type grab bridge crane is suitable for the handling of bulk materials such as ore, limestone, mineral powder, coke, and coal sand in warehouses and workshops of metallurgical, cement, chemical, and other enterprises, both indoors and outdoors, and in fixed spans. This machine consists of five parts: box-shaped bridge frame, trolley running mechanism, hoist, grab, and electrical equipment, all of which are operated from the control room. This machine belongs to the heavy-duty (A6) working system, and the lifting weight includes the weight of the grab. The grabbing device is a four-rope grab with dual drums, featuring a simple structure and reliable operation. The grab can open and close at any height, performing well when the material particle size is below 100mm, with high production efficiency. When the particle size exceeds 200mm, a toothed grab should be selected. The grab is more suitable for bulk materials in a naturally piled state. Special requests must be made when grabbing underwater or special materials, and waterproof equipment is required for outdoor use.

Lifting capacity: four specifications of 5T, 10T, 16T, 20T; Span: eight specifications of 10.5m, 13.5m, 16.5m, 19.5m, 22.5m, 25.5m, 28.5m, 31.5m.
Effective lifting height: 9-26m, span: 10.5-31.5m, rated lifting capacity: 5-20t.
The recommended working environment temperature for this product is: -20~+40℃, relative humidity ≤85%.
