The rigid track is a high-end track introduced by European and American foreign companies after 2000 to replace the original design defects of the KBK track:

1, molding

KBK track is welded with two tie pieces, which requires the manufacturer to control the deformation and welding quality. The rigid track is formed by cold rolling at one time, effectively avoiding quality problems such as secondary welding deformation.

2. Deflection of main beam

KBK adopts ball point flexible connection, so when the main beam is running, one end has been started and the other end is slow, the main beam is deviated, and the rebound after stopping affects the positioning accuracy.

Rigid rails are all rigidly connected, so both ends of the main beam start running at the same time, and the positioning is more accurate.

3. Single and double beams and clearance

KBK is limited by its track strength and accessories (trolleys and main beam hangers). When the tonnage exceeds 1 ton or the span exceeds 8m within 1 ton, the double girder design must be adopted, and the rigid track truss design ensures that single girder can be used within 2t.

KBK itself must use additional I-beam load-bearing beams as support to increase its headroom. The application of rigid track truss design ensures that its headroom is smaller and the amount of steel used is reduced. More light and concise.

4. Connection safety KBK track and I-beam load-bearing beam, track and main beam are all connected by bolts, ball points, bayonet pins, splints and other flexible connections. The structure is flexible and shakes a lot, so the bolts may be loosened and safety hazards, so regular inspections and maintenance are required.

The rigid track is rigidly fixed with thick steel plates and high-strength long screws. The connection between the track and the main beam is fixed in a sleeve type. Fully eliminate the shaking space, safe and reliable.
