The KBK circular track suspended crane is composed of a combination of straight and curved tracks. The turning radius is generally greater than 1.2m, and the curved track can be used in conjunction with the switch track to flexibly change the direction of the lifted objects. This product is used for flat logistics transportation and is suitable for workshops, warehouses, and other locations.
Modular crane:
1. The suspension method of the flexible modular suspended crane can be flexibly changed according to the existing conditions of the customer's factory, with various options available.
2. The flexible modular suspended crane is particularly lightweight, with very little friction between the pulley and the track, making it easy to operate and allowing for easy manual movement. It can quickly transport and handle small, lightweight objects that are not very convenient to move. The system is equipped with a chain electric hoist and its walking drive device, electrical control device, and supporting system, ensuring long service life, fault-free operation, and maintenance-free.
3. The tracks of the flexible modular suspended crane come in three models based on the weight and distance between the lifting points: KBK-I, KBK-II, KBK-III, etc. These standard components are made of cold-rolled special profiles. The profiles are hollow cold-pressed profiles, and the nearly closed profiles ensure a clean surface for the internal trolley movement and lubrication.
