Vacuum suction lifter for sheet materials - specialized vacuum handling equipment for processing iron plates, stainless steel plates, and aluminum plates.
Configuration description:
● Mechanical part:
(1) The ends of the suction lifter are welded closed with sheet materials, also serving as a vacuum accumulator.
After welding, a leak test is conducted to ensure no leakage.
When the equipment suddenly loses power, it can still reliably hold the sheet materials for at least 20 minutes, preventing equipment damage and safety incidents (the European CE standard requires 10 minutes).
● Electrical part:
(1) The vacuum suction lifter is equipped with a vacuum pressure sensor and a buzzer alarm unit. If the vacuum system pressure does not reach the set pressure or in the event of a power failure, the alarm unit will activate a red alarm light and sound the buzzer to prompt the operator to take timely action.
(2) To save electricity and extend the life of the vacuum pump, the control part of the equipment has an "intermittent start" function, which stops the vacuum pump when the pressure reaches the high pressure of the vacuum pump, and automatically starts the vacuum pump when approaching the alarm pressure. This environmental feature can reduce electricity consumption by 60%-80% and extend the lifespan by more than 2 times. Note: This equipment includes a phase loss protection function.
