The L-type gantry crane mainly consists of a gantry frame, a hoisting trolley, a running structure for the main trolley, a driver, and an electrical control system.
The gantry frame is a box-shaped structure. For hoisting trolleys with a lifting capacity below 20t, a vertical anti-rolling wheel type is used; for those above 20t, a horizontal anti-rolling wheel type is used, running on one side of the main beam. The main beam adopts a single beam with a staggered track design, and the legs are L-shaped, providing a large lifting space and strong spanning capability, making it convenient to transfer objects from the kneeling area to under the cantilever.
The operation mode uses a closed driver’s cabin, which includes an adjustable seat, an insulated mat on the floor, tempered glass windows, and is equipped with a fire extinguisher. Additional equipment such as heating and cooling air conditioning, cameras, and intercoms can be configured according to user requirements.
