The QD type electric double girder hook bridge crane is currently one of the most widely used lifting machines, mainly composed of a box-shaped bridge frame, a hoisting trolley, a traveling mechanism, and an electrical control system. The lifting device is a hook.
Tracks are laid on top of the main beam for the hoisting trolley to move laterally along the main beam. The main beam is welded to the box-shaped end beams, with joints arranged in the middle of the end beams, connected by bolts for disassembly and transportation of the bridge frame. The walkway is used to place the traveling mechanism, electrical equipment, and for maintenance.
There are three operating modes: ground handle, wireless remote control, and driver's cabin. The driver's cabin can be open or closed, equipped with an adjustable seat, insulated mat on the floor, tempered glass, and includes a fire extinguisher and electric fan. Additional equipment such as air conditioning, alarm, and intercom can be configured according to user requirements.
The crane can be equipped with motorized grab buckets, electromagnetic suction cups, and other lifting devices to meet the needs of lifting various types of materials. The working level of this crane is A3-A7, with a common lifting capacity of 3-250t. It is suitable for environments with temperatures between -10℃ and 40℃, and relative humidity not exceeding 85%, for loading and unloading operations in factories, warehouses, and cargo yards, and is prohibited from working in flammable, explosive, or corrosive gas environments.
