Description

The YZ type casting bridge crane adopts a double beam single trolley structure, mainly consisting of the bridge frame, trolley, hook beam, trolley operation, and electrical components. The main hook device is a fixed distance hook beam used for lifting steel ladles, while the auxiliary hook is used in conjunction with the main hook to complete the pouring of molten steel, slag, and other auxiliary lifting operations.

The trolley operation mechanism and main electrical equipment are installed inside the main beam, which is equipped with a cooling fan. To reduce the thermal radiation of molten steel on metal structural components, thermal insulation plates are installed along the span direction at the bottom of the main beam. The trolley operation mechanism adopts a four-corner drive form, and the main lifting mechanism is equipped with an overspeed switch.
