The YC type overhead bridge crane mainly uses a hanging beam to lift steel billets and other long items. It is equipped with an electromagnetic suction cup for lifting and consists of a box-shaped bridge frame, hoisting trolley, traveling mechanism, driver's cabin, and electrical control system, along with a power failure magnetic retention system.
The main beam adopts a standard track box structure, with tracks set on top. This allows the hoisting trolley to move laterally along the main beam. The main beam is welded to the box-shaped end beams, with joints arranged in the middle of the end beams, connected by bolts for disassembly and transportation of the bridge frame. The walkway is used to place the traveling mechanism and for maintenance, with protective railings on the outside.
The hoisting trolley consists of an upper and lower trolley, where the lower trolley is the running trolley and the upper trolley is the rotating trolley, equipped with lifting and rotating mechanisms. The upper trolley has a circular track for rotation, combined with horizontal wheels, to achieve the purpose of rotating long items.
