MGGThe gantry crane is mainly used for bridge construction, with a slow working speed. It consists of a gantry frame, hoist trolley, main trolley operating mechanism, driver's cabin, and electrical control system.
The gantry frame is a truss structure, which has advantages such as lightweight and strong wind resistance. It includes the main beam, upper end beam, legs, lower end beam, traveling trolley, and railing. The main beam adopts a triangular truss structure, with tracks laid on top for the trolley to move laterally along the main beam. The legs can be in box or steel pipe form.
The trolley is equipped with a hoist, which is compact and lightweight.
The main trolley operates using a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, soft start motor, with eight wheels and four-wheel drive, ensuring smooth operation.
The operation mode uses a closed driver's cabin, which has an adjustable seat, a floor covered with insulation mats, tempered glass windows, and is equipped with a fire extinguisher and electric fan. Additional equipment such as heating and cooling air conditioning, alarm, and intercom can be configured according to user requirements.
