The LD type electric single girder crane belongs to the ultra-low headroom light small crane category, with the electric hoist located on one side of the main beam, increasing the working space of the hook, which can reduce the height and cost of the factory building. It is suitable for places with low headroom in workshop buildings.
This product consists of a box-shaped main beam, end beams, trolleys, and operating mechanisms made of welded steel plates. The trolley includes a running end beam, trolley frame, and a fixed electric hoist, adopting a cantilever form, running on one side of the main beam, with the hoist position raised from the traditional lower side of the main beam to the upper side, effectively increasing the lifting height.
The trolley operates with a conical electric brake and open gear transmission.
The main beam is of box structure, with offset tracks, equipped with horizontal wheels on the upper and lower sides, ensuring safety and reliability, and preventing rail wear.
The operation of the main trolley adopts a separate drive form, with conical electric brakes and open gear transmission. The running motor can be selected as a soft start motor and variable frequency speed control according to user requirements, ensuring smooth crane start-up and safe, reliable operation.
The operation modes include ground handles, wireless remote control, and driver’s cabin, with the cabin available in open and closed types. The span ranges from 7.5 to 22.5 meters (custom designs can be made according to user requirements), with a working level of A3 and an operating temperature range of -25℃ to 40℃.
