(1) Each crane must have a sign indicating its rated lifting capacity displayed in a prominent location. (2) No one is allowed on the bridge or to be transported by the hook during operation. (3) Cranes must not be operated without a valid operating certificate or under the influence of alcohol. (4) Operators must remain focused during operation and are not allowed to talk, smoke, or engage in unrelated activities. (5) The crane must be kept clean; equipment, tools, flammable materials, explosives, and hazardous materials must not be placed haphazardly. (6) Cranes are not allowed to be overloaded. (7) The following conditions prohibit lifting: insecurely bundled items; overloaded machinery; unclear signals; slanted pulls; objects buried or frozen in the ground; people on the lifted object; flammable materials, explosives, and hazardous materials without safety measures; overflowing liquids; wire ropes that do not meet safety requirements; malfunctioning lifting mechanisms. (8) When a crane operates on a clear path, the hook or lifting device and the bottom of the lifted object must be at least 2 meters above the ground. When crossing obstacles, it must be at least 0.5 meters above the obstacle. (9) For lifting objects less than 50% of the rated lifting capacity, two mechanisms are allowed to operate simultaneously; for objects greater than 50% of the rated lifting capacity, only one mechanism may operate. (10) For bridge cranes with main and auxiliary hooks, do not raise or lower both hooks simultaneously (with special exceptions). (11) Welding or hammering on lifted objects and working underneath them is not allowed (unless supported). (12) Inspections or maintenance work can only be performed after a power outage and when a sign indicating power outage work is hung on the switch. If work must be done with power on, safety measures must be in place, and a designated person must supervise. (13) It is prohibited to throw items carelessly from the crane. (14) Limit switches and interlock protection devices must be checked regularly. (15) Using limit switches as a method of stopping is not allowed. (16) If there are issues with the lifting brake, lifting heavy objects is not allowed. (17) Lifted objects must not operate over people or equipment. (18) When welding a part of the crane, a dedicated ground wire must be set up; the crane body must not be used as a ground wire. (19) When the hook is at the lower limit position, there must be at least two safety rope loops left on the drum. (20) Cranes must not collide with each other, nor is it allowed to use one crane to push another crane to work.
